This comes after an election security expert reportedly told lawmakers that Russian is interfering in the 2020 presidential re-election, to help President Trump get re-elected.

After intense questioning during the ninth Democratic primary debate on Wednesday, 2020 candidate Michael Bloomberg has said that his company has identified three non-disclosure agreements with women for comments that he has made.

“If any of them want to be released from their NDA so that they can talk about those allegations, they should contact the company and they'll be given a release,” Mr. Bloomberg said in a statement on Friday. In the statement, he also said that the Bloomberg company will no longer “resolve claims of sexual harassment or misconduct” with non-disclosure agreements.

It is not clear if there are other NDAs signed to resolve sexual harassment claims at the Bloomberg company.

A gunman who killed at least nine people in Hanau, Germany was a far right extremist, authorities say. The suspect opened fire at a shisha bar, or hookah bar, before traveling about 1.5 miles to attack another bar. Police later found the suspected attacker and his mother dead in his apartment.

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet must pay an 80-year-old man more than $150,000 after he was denied a custom license plate that reads, “IM GOD.” The Freedom From Religion Foundation and the American Civil Liberties Union filed a lawsuit on behalf of Bennie Hart, an atheist, alleging that the denial of his custom license plate violated freedom of speech. In November of last year, the court ruled that, “to allow such plates as 'IM4GOD' and 'LUVGOD' but reject 'IM GOD' belies viewpoint neutrality.”

Rapper Pop Smoke was shot and killed in a home invasion robbery in Hollywood, according to multiple sources. He was 20. Police responded to a call that at least one masked gunman entered Pop Smoke’s home early Wednesday morning, the LA Times reports.

The rapper, whose legal name is Bashar Barakah Jackson, suffered gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead after being transported to a hospital.

Michael Avenatti, the celebrity lawyer who represented the porn star Stormy Daniels, was found guilty of attempting to extort $25 million from Nike. He will be sentenced on June 17th and faces up to 42 years in prison.

Actor Jussie Smollett was indicted on six charges of disorderly conduct for allegedly lying that he was the victim of a hate crime. Last January, Smollett told police he was attacked by two men wearing “Make America Great Again” hats who yelled racial and homophobic slurs at him and put a noose around his neck. In February 2019, Smollett was charged with disorderly conduct for allegedly lying to police, but those charges were dropped.

“The grand jury’s investigation revealed that Jussie Smollett planned and participated in a staged hate crime attack, and thereafter made numerous false statements to Chicago Police Department officers on multiple occasions, reporting a heinous hate crime that he, in fact, knew had not occurred,” special prosecutor Dan Webb said in a statement.
